Wim Westera is professor Digital Media at CELSTEC. He graduated as a natural scientist at Utrecht University. After a stay with the BBC he made dozens of films and television programmes. At the Open Universiteit he specialized in educative simulations, multimedia, e-learning and serious gaming.
