We offer support for the innovation of teaching and training at your school, company or training institute, for example by:

Helping to innovate education and training

Our solutions offer support on all the five phases of instructional design. In working in these phases, together with you, we guarantee that we provide a customized solution to your problem.

  • Analysis and design phases:
    we can help you draw up a fully implementable blueprint of a curriculum, in-company training, a course or even a consistent series of learning tasks. This blueprint contains:
    - a description of the competencies that need to be taught;
    - an analysis of the complexity of these competencies;
    - an overview of how these competencies are interrelated;
    - a description of series of learning tasks that are necessary to acquire the competence;
    - the amount and type of support and feedback and the desired level of performance at the end of the training

  • Development and implementation phase
    We can help you work out the blueprint in learning materials and task descriptions. We can help you choose a learning platform or media mix, describing the design specifications of a learning platform. We can help you in developing the learning materials or train teachers in teaching with the newly developed materials.

  • Evaluation phase
    We can draw up an evaluation report in which the strengths and weaknesses of your training are outlined. Based on the results of this evaluation you can decide to fine-tune or adapt your training. CELSTEC offers guidance for collecting the user-data necessary to evaluate the training and for analyzing these data. In addition, CELSTEC can also independently carry out the evaluation.

Helping to set up a quality assurance system

CELSTEC's specialists can contribute to quality assurance processes, for instance, by:

  • auditing an existing educational or training program or
  • carrying out an evaluation study.
