Kirschner and Drachsler in SURF expert group

Prof. dr. Paul Kirschner and dr. Hendrik Drachsler, researchers at CELSTEC, have been appointed member of the expert group Learning Analytics of SURF. This expert group is created in view of SURF’s exploration of the posibilities Learning Analytics have to offer for the quality improvement of higher education.

Recommendations

The expert group will have a consultative voice within the Innovation programme Learning Analytics of SURF. The group will give advice on the concept project proposals and on the quality of project proposals. They will contribute tot the monitoring of the progress of the projects and formulate recommendations based on this monitoring. Finally they will formulate recommendations on future steps in the field of Learning Analytics.
