People almost daily search the internet for information. For work, for school or for private reasons. But do we find the most suitable information? Is the information we find correct? Is it reliable? What to do with contradictory information? In other words: what is the status of our information literacy?
Masterclass
In this masterclass dr. Saskia Brand-Gruwel explains what information skills are and using an example, she will go through our searching process. Afterwards she reflects as an on this process from a scientific point of view. The masterclass is in Dutch.
OpenU masterclasses
This masterclass forms part of a series of masterclasses organized by CELSTEC on OpenU. Participants receive before the masterclass background information. They follow the masterclass on their pc. They can actively participate and ask questions through a chat channel. Afterwards they can continue the discussion in the forum.
