Third symposium for users of the 4C-ID model
![]() | Friday 5 March 2010 the Centre for Learning Sciences and Technologies (CELSTEC) organizes for the third time a symposium for (future) users of the 4C-ID model. With over 60 registrations, the maximum number of participants has been reached. |
For users - by users
4C-ID is a repeatedly awarded model for the design of competency based education developed by CELSTEC. At the 10th anniversary of the model in 2007, CELSTEC organized for the first time a symposium for users by users. At the request of the participants this was repeated and this year the third congres takes place.
Meeting place
This year’s theme is: how to adapt the principles of the model to your own design problem and when doing this, what principles are the most important? A new feature is that apart from the parallel sessions with cases, the program also offers a basic workshop 4C-ID for those who do not know the model and/or haven’t worked with the model. The animo for this workshop was so great that CELSTEC has decided to organise an extra meeting later this year for the conference participants who could not join the workshop.

CELSTEC regularly offers 4C-ID workshops (also in-company).
