USEM is a European project, working on empowerment of handicapped people in getting accepted the 'one design for all' philosophy in standardisation problems regarding the scope of accessibiltiy in ict.
The question posed to the Learning & Cognition programme of CELSTEC was to prepare a follow-up of this project, and participate in that new project.
Reason for the participation request is our expertise in instructional design and accessibility.

CELSTEC Solutions will hold a workshop for project participants in design and development of e-learning version of the content of the USEM training held in september 2008 in Bonn. One of the workshop units deals with design of communication and networking facilities in combination with e-learning facilities. Characteristic for this design is the requirement of access by handicapped persons (blind, deaf, fysical handicaps).  More info about USEM: http://www.usem-net.eu/
