CELSTEC has trained the curriculum development team in the 4C-ID instructional design methodology. CELSTEC supports the curriculum team
-  in correctly applying the methodology during the design phase of the new curriculum resulting in a blueprint for the curriculum
- in performing a task analysis of the teacher's profession and in constructing a skill hierarchy and task classes
- in producing concrete learning tasks worked out from the blueprint and in developing a coaching strategy for the teacher trainers
- in publishing learning tasks in a for students easy to overview mode on their e-learning platform
- in evaluation of the effects of the renewed curriculum
- strategic advice to curriculum team and to projectcoordinator in realising the educational change
- advice about adaptation of assessment of the student's skills
- dissemination of the project's results in and outside the Fontys institute.
