Digital development portfolios in secondary professional education (MBO)
This project studies the effects of supporting students in developing self-assessment skills by means of a digital development portfolio. In the first stage of the project a digital learning environment including a development portfolio is developed.
Experiment 1 tests the effects of providing students with the relevant assessment criteria on their self-assessment skills.
Experiment 2 tests the effect of giving more specific assessment criteria to the students on their self-assessment skills.
Experiment 3 builds on the results of experiment 1 and 2 to optimize the self-assessment skills of students.
