Evaluative research and student forum (Studentinzicht)
This project has developed an evaluation instrument for the Open Universiteit Nederland. Twice a year, an online questionnaire is sent to students of the OUNL containing questions on customer satisfaction and the quality of the education.
Studentinzicht distinguishes four target groups: potential clients, new students, 'experienced' students and ex-students. Questionnaires can contain questions on for example the communication, quality study materials, contact, tutoring, meetings, motivation, etc.
Studentinzicht is the result of a collaboration between the department Marketing, communicatie & sales and CELSTEC. The marketing department needs information on custormer satisfaction and CELSTEC needs information on the didactic design of the education. Together they develop and manage Studentinzicht as a tool to collect this information.
